Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

I want to change my order. How can I do?

If you need to make an order change, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 24 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any change. You may reach our customer service by:

What kind of payment method should I choose?

We currently accept both online payment via Paypal and offline payment by bank transfer for your convenience. It is recommended checkout by PayPal online payment for the security and efficiency.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier. Can I return an item?

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times will depend on your location, the item(s) you ordered, and the shipping method. Once payment is confirmed, your order is being sent to our warehouse right now and will be packaged. Do I need an account and what are the benefits?
