• Definition of Group Sales

  A group or bulk purchase is defined as an order where a volume purchase discount has been privately negotiated, an order for 5 or more of the same style and color or an order which Feissifur(s) reasonably determines is intended for group, commercial or other purposes rather than for resale or personal use by the individual ordering or receiving the merchandise.

• About the discount

  We can give you a better discount on the Group Sales process, it depends the quantity and particular items. Just email us at [email protected] and tell us what products spark your interest. Most of the time you will receive a reply within 24 hours.

• Return and exchange policy

  Feissifur's normal return policy does not apply to group or bulk purchases. Returns are not allowed on group or bulk purchases of seasonal items. Non-seasonal items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges for sizes are not restricted.

• warranty of quality

  Feissifur(s) warrants that the bulk purchased fur goods is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. In our quality inspection process, we check out every fur items carefully before shipping to ensure the uniformity of high quality standard of all the fur styles.

• Payment time limit and processing time

  Buyer shall make payment for their bulk buy orders on within thirty (15) days from the date of ordering Invoice. Producing of group purchase order starts upon the receipt of the full payment. Processing time is negotiated in advance and will be complied with by us.

• About taxes

  Buyer is responsible for any tax or governmental charge imposed upon the sale or transfer of any product. Any such tax or governmental charge has not been added to the total invoice amount. The tax level varies according to the type of the fur item and buyer's country or area. Applicable freight costs will be added to the invoice.
